Briefing: Workplace Compliance – Adelaide

Australian Industry Group will be conducting a 2.5-hour interactive briefing focusing on workplace compliance arising from regulatory developments and enforcement trends.  

This session will examine key compliance challenges that may affect your business and provide practical guidance to help you:

• understand your payroll compliance obligations and respond appropriately if an issue is identified
• manage requests for workplace flexibility while taking account of operational requirements
• distinguish between employees and independent contractors, understand the implications of misclassification and suitable approaches to resolving classification concerns
• understand the rights of workplace delegates and your related obligations

Attendance will be capped to maintain an interactive learning environment and allow meaningful participation.
